Advanced Inspection Technologies ships all rentals Federal Express Next Day Priority Service unless otherwise directed. International orders are shipped Federal Express International Priority unless otherwise directed. Customers are notified on the day their order is shipped and provided with appropriate tracking numbers. All orders are shipped FOB: Melbourne, FL United States.

Secure Order Promise
We designed our Secure Order Promise so that you will never have to pay for any unauthorized charges to your credit card account, if those charges result from your authorized transaction at aitproducts.com.
If you are a victim of credit card fraud, the Fair Credit Act specifies that your credit card company can hold you liable for no more than $50 in fraudulent charges to your account. With our Secure Order Promise, you'll be reimbursed for any amount up to $50 billed to you by your credit card company for unauthorized charges to your account, if those charges result from an order you've placed at aitproducts.com. To benefit from this protection, you must promptly notify your credit card company of any fraudulent charges and follow the procedures for doing so as outlined in your credit card agreement.
Cancellations
If you cancel your rental BEFORE it has been shipped, AIT reserves the right to charge a 20% cancellation fee before credit is issued. If you cancel your rental AFTER it has been shipped, the Rental Return Policy Information listed applies. Rental orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including the return fee, our incurred shipping fees and a 3 day rental fee.
Rental Return Instructions
Upon the termination of the agreement, Lessee will promptly return equipment and all attachments and parts, via priority overnight shipping to the Lessor at the Lessor’s premises, designated below. Lessee is responsible for delays in shipping and will be responsible for daily rental charges accruing during the time the equipment is not at the Lessor’s premises.
Equipment Damaged During a Rental
Equipment must be returned in clean, working condition, ordinary wear and tear accepted. Lessor reserves the right to apply cleaning fees as Lessor determines necessary. Lessee agrees to pay the full cost for any damage to or loss of such equipment, including radiological contamination, while in the possession and control of Lessee. Lessee agrees to compensate Lessor for equipment that cannot be returned to Lessor. Compensation will be full replacement costs, full MSRP, for the equipment.
Do You Accept Purchase Orders?
Yes. Purchase orders are accepted. Terms of Net 30 are offered with approved credit. Please allow 24 - 72 hours for verification. Purchase orders with banking and trade references may placed online or be faxed to (480) 247-4806.
Government, state and educational institutions may fax purchase orders with billing and shipping information to (480) 247-4806. Standard terms are Net 30.
Do You Accept International Rental Orders?
